This arrangement is normally offered to customers who are happy to take on a regular commitment in terms of a set ‘minimum’ number of hours per month.Hours can be consumed by any IT related services; PC servicing or repairs, new installs, virus clean ups, email migrations, backup reviews etc.
Normally offered based on a minimum of 5 hours per month. Customers with this arrangement in place are invoiced monthly in advance.
